    The Contour Build Up Saddle Pads are the answer for a better fit and better support for horse's with a sunk in area on either side of the shoulder.  By filling in those "hollows", pad is able to raise the saddle pommel up over the wither for more clearance and less pressure and pain.  An amazing solution pad!
